Central Finance Limited Invites Applications for Various Positions

Central Finance Limited, a national level class "C" financial institution licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, is seeking self-motivated and result-oriented Nepalese citizens for various positions at its Head Office and Branches. The institution has been in operation for over 26 years.

The available positions are Branch In charge (Assistant - Officer Level), Credit Department (Assistant - Officer Level), and Operation Department (Assistant Level). The work stations for these positions are both inside and outside the Kathmandu valley.

For the Branch In charge position, the applicant must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, with a preference for a Master's degree. The candidate should have work experience in a financial institution, proficiency in computer operation, and the ability to check credit histories, assess risks and make decisions on lending. The candidate should have good judgment, a sound business sense, a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, leadership and motivation skills, and the ability to achieve given targets. The candidate should be able to work under pressure and to deadlines and have a confident and assertive manner. The age of the applicant should not exceed 35 years.

For the Credit Department position, the applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, work experience in a financial institution, proficiency in computer operation, and the ability to check credit analysis and histories, assess risks, and make decisions on lending. The candidate should have the ability to achieve given targets, learn credit processes and analysis, and have an age not exceeding 30 years.

For the Operation Department position, the applicant must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, proficiency in computer operation, work experience in a financial institution, and an age not exceeding 30 years.

The candidate should be proficient in both written and spoken English/Nepali with marketing, communication, and interpersonal skills and be computer literate with working knowledge of office applications.
