Citizens Bank International Limited, a renowned financial institution providing reliable financial solutions, has announced vacancies for multiple job positions at its existing branches and departments. The bank is seeking applications from qualified and motivated Nepalese citizens to fill these positions.

The available job positions are as follows:



Management Trainee (MT-01/23): This is an entry-level position that does not require prior work experience. Candidates must possess an MBA degree in Banking, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Human Resource, or Accounting from a recognized university, with a minimum CGPA of 3.3 out of 4 or First Division. Successful candidates will undergo on-the-job training in banking procedures and operations. Upon completion of the training, they will be placed as supervisors at the bank's head office or branches.


Trainee Assistant (TA-02/23): Another entry-level position that does not require prior work experience. Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management, from a recognized university. The eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on specific criteria, such as relatively lower age and a minimum CGPA of 3 out of 4 or First Division for candidates in the Kathmandu Valley. For candidates outside the Kathmandu Valley, selection will be based on relatively lower age and higher CGPA/percentage in the Bachelor's degree.


Trainee Assistant (Legal & Share Department) (LD-03/23): This entry-level position is for the assistant level and does not require prior work experience. Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.

To apply for these positions, candidates must meet the following requirements:Candidates applying for Management Trainee and Trainee Assistant positions must be below 30 years of age as of June 13, 2023.
Applicants should have a working knowledge of MS Office applications and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
Shortlisted candidates will be notified about the further selection process.
Preference will be given to local candidates or those from surrounding areas of the branches.
Candidates with a two-wheeler driving license and advocate license (for Legal and Share Department) will be given preference.
